How do I purchase your T-shirts?

We process all t-shirt orders weekly from our t-shirt provider because we are quite small and our t-shirts orders are sporadic. To purchase a t-shirt, simply send us an email via the contact us page and we will provide you with the Paypal address (or the direct deposit option for Australian purchasers) to place your order. We typically order all t-shirts once a week and they are processed the following - so if you change your mind you can contact us pretty easily and we can change your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We process t-shirt orders once per week, and we send them as soon as they arrive back to us from the printer. If you located in Australia, your t-shirt should arrive within 14 days. If you are located oversea's it will probably take between 10-15 business days to arrive depending on whether customs decide to hold your order. All orders are sent with tracking numbers to ensure you can find out where they are located.

How much is postage?

Postage is charged at the standard Australia Post rates. For most countries, this is well below $15 AUD when Air Mailing 1 - 3 t-shirts. You can find all postage rates on the Australia Post website - http://www1.auspost.com.au/pac/int_parcel.asp

Do your t-shirts shrink?

Most t-shirts shrink between 2-5%. If you are ordering a t-shirt thinking it's going to shrink a lot, we would recommend you ordering a larger size.

Who designs your t-shirts?

All Fluc t-shirts have been designed by our lead designer. He basically sits down each week and puts together a few new t-shirts and we post them. If you think you've got a great idea for a Fluc t-shirt, simply drop us a note via the contact us page.

What type of t-shirts do you use?

We think our designs are fantastic, and we only put them on the best t-shirts. We use high quality blank t-shirts for all our designs and prints. They have a easy soft feel, great quality and are genuinely really comfortable.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Yes, you can. If you are not completely satisfied with your product then you can return to item to us within 30 days of your original purchase date. We will require your original order purchase and/or receipt.

We can only refund your item if it's completely in it's original condition and has not been worn. We will not refund your item if your item has been worn, stained, washed or damaged in anyway simply because we aren't producing enough t-shirts yet. All shipping costs relating to returns and refunds will be handled by the customer.
